Refund and Replacement Policy

We want every order to feel perfect from start to finish

At Magnetify Pics every item is custom made using your photos, so we follow a clear replacement based policy. This helps us keep quality high while supporting you every step of the way.

1. Custom Items Are Final Sale

All magnets and photo products are made specifically for you. Because of this, completed orders are final sale and cannot be refunded or cancelled once production begins.

2. Lifetime Replacement Guarantee

We offer lifetime coverage for any quality or manufacturing issues.
This includes:
• misprints
• peeling or lifting
• fading over time
• defects in materials
• damage during shipping
• production mistakes

Replacements are always free, but customers are responsible for the cost of shipping.
Once shipping is paid, we reprint and send a fresh set right away.

To request a replacement, please email us with your order number and a photo of the issue.

3. Customer Provided Photo Quality

We print exactly what is uploaded. We cannot replace items for free if the issue is caused by:
• low resolution images
• blurry or dark photos
• pixelation
• parts of the image cropped off in the original upload
• wrong size or orientation selected
• spelling or text errors supplied by the customer

For best results, upload the highest quality image available.

4. Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unclaimed parcel, or refusal, we can resend it for the cost of shipping.
Refunds are not available in these situations.

5. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to locate it.
If it cannot be found, we will reprint and ship a replacement at no cost to you.

6. 24 Hour Edit Window

If you need a change after placing an order, email us within 24 hours.
After that, your order may already be in production and updates might not be possible.
