1. Introduction
Magnetify Pics (“we”, “our”, “us”, “the Company”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the photos and personal information you submit to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your photos and other information, and what your rights are.

2. Collection of Information

  • We collect only what is necessary to fulfil your order: the photo(s) you upload, your name, shipping address, billing information, and contact information (email, phone number) for order updates.

  • You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload the photo(s) (including copyright or consent) to Magnetify Pics for the purpose of customizing magnets or other products.

3. Use of Information

  • Photos you upload are used solely to produce the products you ordered (custom magnets, calendars, etc.).

  • Contact and shipping information are used only for processing, fulfilling, and shipping your order, and for order-related communication (confirmation, updates, support).

  • We may use anonymized, aggregated data (e.g. volume of orders, general geographic data) for internal analytics, marketing, or business improvements - but such data will not identify you individually or include your photos.

4. Storage and Security

  • Uploaded photos and customer information are stored securely using third-party hosting or storage services (for example Shopify, cloud storage, or similar), and access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

  • We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including strong passwords, two-factor authentication, and restricted access.

  • We do not guarantee absolute security - no system is invulnerable.

5. Retention and Deletion

  • Photos and personal information are retained only for as long as necessary to complete the order, any warranted replacements (e.g. lifetime warranty for product defects), or any legal obligations (tax records, etc.).

  • Upon request by you (the customer), we will permanently delete your photos and any associated files from our systems, unless needed to support pending orders or replacement requests.

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

  • We do not sell or rent your personal information or photos to third parties.

  • We may share information with service providers necessary to process your order (payment processors, shipping carriers, printing vendors). These service providers are contractually bound to handle your information confidentially and securely.

  • We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or when we believe such disclosure is necessary to protect rights, property, or safety of others or comply with a legal obligation.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • You acknowledge that by uploading photos, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to the photos or have obtained all necessary permissions for their use. Magnetify Pics is not responsible for verifying these rights.

  • While we employ reasonable security practices, we do not guarantee that customer information or photos are immune to hacking, data breaches, unauthorized access, or other forms of loss or misuse.

  • Magnetify Pics, its owners, employees, agents, affiliates, or service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, emotional distress, or any other damages arising out of the upload, storage, processing, printing or shipping of your photo(s), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from or in connection with your use of our services will not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will post the updated version on our website and indicate the “Last Updated” date. You should review this page regularly.
