Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Deposit: A non refundable deposit of 30% of the total event price is required to secure your booking.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days prior of the event.

• Rescheduling/Cancellations:

  • 7 days or more prior to the event date - we can reschedule subject to availability. Your deposit will be applied to a new date. The deposit is transferrable.

  • Less than 7 days prior to the event date - no refund or rescheduling.
